Day of Coordinator fee is only $300 for 6 hours of service which includes:

Early arrival on site to ensure all is being done to your specs, vendor liaison for your Special Day, Setting up of all table decor, guest book, card table, gift table, aisle runner, seating chart or placing of escort cards, placing out all your decor and party favors per your vision


I'm excited to help you! This Month of Service begins way before your wedding. Upon booking, I act as your best advocate and provide you with suggestions, guidance and advice along the way. I also remain open to your phone calls, text messages and emails during the planning process. In addition, I will assist you in tying up the loose ends, communicate with vendors, create a working timeline, attend the final walk-through, professionally organize & manage your rehearsal and more. Then on the day-of I'll oversee your entire event to your vision.
