My name is Jeff Plissner.
I have openings for piano lessons in my home near Barnes and Powers. $15 / half hour, $25 / hour. First lesson free. I take all ages from 5 and up. I use Bastien piano basics, as well as tailoring inventory to my student's needs. I also include arranging and composition using MuseScore2.
I have well over 50 years experience playing piano and a Bachelor of Music Degree from Ithaca College. I have taught in various music venues in Colorado Springs. Much of my original material is found on Soundcloud under Coneflower Basement Band.
I teach anything from classical to jazz to contemporary to Christian hymnody and contemporary worship. Students also will compose and play their own compositions. I believe piano instruction should be fun as well as disciplined. I have openings in afternoons and evenings from Monday through Saturday, and mornings Monday through Friday.
