Homeowner Beware of Unlicensed , Uninsured and Out of State Roofers !!! I have been roofing since 1984. I have lived in Colorado since 1975. I have a truck, trailor & tools. I carry 2 Million in insurance. I live in Idaho Springs & I have built my house by myself. So I have many other carpentry skills. I am on the roof with the guys at all times. We welcome new construction starting at $40 per sq. We like to get $75 per sq. for a walkable 1 layer Tear off & Install With a 5 year Warranty. I pay dump! I have verifiable referances. We seem to have a good repore with the homeowners. they seem to like us. We keep a tidy job site and clean up is as big part of the job as any other. We are always on time.
