Availability for the right job is NOW, Wrapping up a job this evening in Boulder, I could be at your place next.? is its a re-coat I might have a small window of time between projects, Might be able to squeeze you in, ....Always estimating if after screening to job is a potential fit? I don't chase every estimate as one person company I'm selective, as a one person company.
RATES.....*Oil Based sand, fill, coat: starting RANGE at $1.65 to $3.25 per sq. ft.. (Includes 1 or 2 coats of Oil Based finish) Third coat for $.50 per sq. ft. There are a lot of variables, so be prepared to answer many questions if you looking for a site unseen estimate. Lower price is for projects over a thousand sq. ft. and for one or two coats. Also if quality of product is not an issue I can apply the cheap finish, to cut cost otherwise I use high end finishes
*Water Based sand, fill coat: starting at $2.65 to $3.65 per sq. ft. (Includes one sealer coat AND 2 coats of Water Based finish) Third coat $0.65 per sq. ft.
*Ask about our Commercial grade Finish for Restaurants, Bars, and other heavy traffic locations.
*Buff and Recoat starting at $.70 to $1.00 sq. ft. (This is the perfect idea for a floor that is in good condition, but just needs to get its "shine" back) Filler isn't always recommended unless the dry season has passed (Nov. - March). I can spot fill for a small fee, helps with nail holes, staple holes, gaps under 1/8 inch. Caulk is sometimes used depending on various species of wood along with floor stability.
*Stain $0.65 to $1.00 for darker stains,
*FAUX Finish is another technique which has a limited 8 colors to pick from, a floor can be recolored with 3 coats of Poly Oil for under $2.25 or 2 coat for under $1.80 if it doesn't require much sanding. Its a judgement call that requires an assessment in person.

This technique is also great for changing colors of a floor without re-staining, such as engineered floors, bamboo or just an old beat up floor with pet stains.
