Greetings,
My name is Jessica, and I am a professional tutor based in the Southeast Denver area. I am adept at making challenging concepts understandable to students. I pay attention to the thought process of each individual, and then figuring out a way to communicate the ideas to students. I also recognize that each student learns differently, and use various strategies to tailor my teaching to the individual learner.
I graduated from a small college in Illinois in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Educational Studies. I learned about multiple educational philosophies and how to apply them to the classroom. I have been tutoring students for 4 years at this point, and am currently enrolled as a graduate student at Metro State University where I am studying elementary education.
