first we dig the hole with excavator or hand digged and then we cut the foundation with hydraulic handsaw from the outside
remove the concrete and take it out of the hole install header if needed
frame in pressure treated 2x6 s install standard 30 x48 casement or european tilt n turn (meets code)
water proof foundation. trim out exterior. install window well grate and ladder (meets code)
add drainage rock haul away dirt concrete and all debris
