*Installation of all types of hardwood flooring, vinyl, purgo, click, engineered, gluedown, flush mount vents, boarders, inlays, floating, and I can install real wood in basements over concrete with a sleeper floating floor system.

*Sand and finish of all types of hardwood flooring. I use only bona stains and finishes. I do have a dustless system which catches 95% of the dust. I do a light plastic hanging which is included in the price. I also offer 99.9% dustless for an extra fee. Ask about our rustic wood floors.

*Commercial grade finish available as an upgrade. 4 coats of finish come standard with stained floors. Also looks a lot better than only two coats over a stain. Don't get ripped off by the guy that wants to give you two coats of oil based polyurethane. All my floors come with three coats. I only use high quality water-based finish. Bona Mega Satin. I am the only hardwood flooring company I know of where four coats is standard with a stained floor.

*Maintenance coat/screen and recoat. Suggested every 3-7 years to avoid wear and messy resands. Take out superficial scratches. Revive your floor today.

*Installation and finishing/refinish of solid wood stairs. Risers and treads.

*Demolition of all types of flooring and stairs.

*Removal and replacement of all types of base.
