Divorce, separation, child support, adoption, guardianship, elder care, paternity and other family matters (domestic relations), collections, credit repair, medical and other bills and expenses, permitted IRS and tax issues, SSA, estate planning, living wills, powers of attorney, Medicare/Medicaid, Insurance Disputes, Contracts, Leases and Landlord/Tenant Assistance with editing and filling out and formstting preprinted pleadings/documents and limited preparation assistance; also review of incorporation and partnerships, business disputes, employer-employee relations, real estate transactions, real estate taxes and variance/zoning matters and appeals; limited document editing and assistance with wills, estates and trusts, insurance claims (property and casualty) and other matters. I am a retired attorney (previously licensed in certain states and federally licensed but not licensed in FL), a former administrative judge, assistant Illinois State Attorney General, private practitioner and Northwestern Law graduate. I will take your information and edit and format for your follow up and/or presentation.
