Have you a written quote from one of the big box stores? Please, before you commit, let me show you how much extra that you may actually be going to pay. I think you will find that their $97 whole house specials are not so special. Price comparisons gladly given on the condition that you provide me with a copy of their written estimate and allow me time to dissect and show you how they are overcharging in areas so as to appear to be giving you a good deal on the installation labor. Compare the price of their padding with regular carpet stores and this will give you a clue.
