DON’T GO HERE!!!!!

I had my brakes done last November (11/22) at Rob’s Complete Auto Repair in Algonquin, IL. He charged me $976.28 for front and rear brakes, which I thought was a little high. By July 2023 (only 4000 miles later) there was a noise so loud when the brakes were applied that I had to have it looked at. Rob couldn’t get me in, so I ended up at the dealer. They said the wrong pads were put on the rear brakes and the pads were put in the wrong positions, so they were slipping. I had to have the rear brakes done again. I went to Rob, explained the situation and asked for a refund on his rear brake job. He refused! I do not recommend this repair shop. Think very carefully before going here!
