previous experience includes pre-k1 and 2, k1 and 2, after-school school 5-7 graders, middle school classes, through college and adults, all in classroom or conversational settings, mostly teaching english in 3 countries overseas. high school and college students in trig and teachers math. and nursing school in anatomy and physiology. also hired for physics tutoring by a nyc based tutoring company. 2 bachelors degrees, one in biology 3.33 in 3 years from suny and one bachelors in art, cum laud, from usm. classes in bio trending towards molecular/genetics, chem through organic 2, math past calc 2, 10 hours of university physics, three year degree program at suny and full tuition scholarship, scholars program at usm and invited into honors program, scholars writing. national honor society 2 years, high school diploma high honors, AP english and history, independent study in art and science. molecular and cell bio research for a summer, and i've been an e.m.t. twice as a volunteer. tiring just thinking about it! my pupils have had success being taught in person and on-line. i don't just explain the material to my pupils but also how to study it: how to pick out and then understand what will be on the exam in the sometimes daunting volume of information.
