As parents and grandparent's age, they grow increasingly reliant on their younger relatives for assistance. Unfortunately, our busy schedules often don't provide enough time to provide sufficient care. In this case, you can hire me for seniors who want to maintain independence.

Warm personable and energetic lady of a certain age loves to cook and help you around the house. Picture Gertrude Berg, Martha Stewart, and Ava Gabor rolled into one, that's me.
My children are grown and have lives of their own, but I love to take care of people. I can't help myself. Even to friends, my nickname has been "Mama" for my entire life.
Do you ever wish there were someone around who could make an old fashioned homemade meal? (With updated heath considerations in mind). Or a healthy soup , salad or healthy meal.. My cooking beats out anything you could get at any restaurant. If you need help with errands, organization, paying bills, shopping, a friend to talk to or Dr. Appointments--I'm your Gal Friday.
What do I call myself, Well, I am not a home health care professional, but you would call me a companion/helper, home organizer, cook and a good friend.

I also go to Nursing Homes, Independent living homes and individual homes. I will sit with your loved ones. I listen to their stories, play music, read books and just have a warm touch during a very long day.
