It's getting cold outside and it's time to consider replacing your homes door before the winter gets here. My company is Sentry Construction LLC and I'm fully licensed and insured. I've been in the construction field for more than 22 years and I'm also a third generation licensed builder, and an accredited home inspector. If you look around online you will see pictures of my work. Below are my prices for installation labor.
Entry doors up to 36inches- $300
Entry door over 36 inches- $400
Storm doors up to 36 inches- $100(w/entry door install) $175(for storm door only w/o any other work)
Storm doors over 36 inches- $150(w/entry door install) $225(for storm door only w/o any other work)
Scope of work: Remove and replace customer provided entry door. Insulate opening with spray foam. Install new moldings or reuse old moldings. Install new locks or reinstall old locks.
Things that cost extra: Delivery. Disposal or haul away debris. Hole bore for locks, handles, peep holes, or alarm system equipment. Caulking and painting. Jamb extensions.
We also do remodeling work, kitchens, finished basements, bathrooms, small handyman projects.
