$23.50 per man hour IS THE LOWEST RATE AROUND! This is only for Interiors for the month of October. Once the month is full, that discount rate closes.

With all the sub-contractors at Menard's disposal, Paul's Painting was the one Menard's asked to paint their bathrooms and encove!

We take our work seriously... Check this out!

PAINTER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We will remove fixtures and any hardware (as needed) and put them in a safe place.

• We mask off windows, flooring, and counter tops.

• We move or cover all furniture, remove and re-install mini blinds and repair imperfections on all surfaces.

• We clean under refrigerators, washers, and dryers and stoves if we move them to paint.

• We man our jobs by 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. daily. Unless otherwise specified to fit your schedule.

• We clean up daily - we will run a vacuum or damp mop hard surfaces (as needed).

• We remove pictures and wall hangings. Nail and screw holes of items not going back on the walls are filled and sanded smooth.

• Draperies / Curtains / Mini-Blinds: We remove and re-install all window coverings (as Needed).

EXTERIORS and INTERIORS:
All surfaces that are to be painted are prepared perfectly. Kilz brand stain-blocker is applied to prevent all stains from bleeding though the surface of the new paint.

• We offer pressure washing on buildings and walkways. We move items away from the buildings and return them after power washing. You can specify either a warm, hot, or cold water spray down.

WOOD:
We sand, scrape and make sure that the loose paint is removed. Joints are repaired with 35 year acrylic-silicone or painter's caulk. We spot prime raw areas with a high quality primer or we prime the surface completely (100% if needed). It depends on the condition of the surface. Kilz brand stain-blocker is applied to prevent sap stains from bleeding though the finish.

STUCCO:
• We repair imperfections, cracks and match the existing texture.

• If requested - we trench the base of the home where it meets dirt and apply elastomeric coatings to the base of the home to water proof the surface.

DOORS:
• We clean, sand, prime or re-oil with tung oil before the finishes are applied.

• We check the top and bottom of each door to make sure they are sealing properly when closed.

ACOUSTIC CEILINGS:
• We repair damaged texture ceilings, water stains are sealed with Kilz and we match the existing pop-corn surface, stomp or swirl texture design.

• New Ceilings - We spray 2 coats of new material..
• Acoustic can be removed. Smooth finish can be applied.

SMOOTH PLASTER:
• We repair cracks and imperfections, clean, sand and apply a minimum of 2 coats.

• Finishes: Applications Spray, brush and roller equipment is used.

• New surfaces/ 1 Prime coat and 2 finish coats.

• Existing surfaces (Repaints) 2 coats of finish.

WALLPAPER REMOVAL:
• We remove wallpaper and repair Imperfections.

WROUGHT IRON:
• We clean rust and apply a rust inhibitor before we apply finish coats.

• We apply a complete prime coat if there is a color change.

ROOF METAL OR DUCTWORK:
• We etch, rinse, prime and apply finish coats on metal materials.

CUSTOMER / CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Computers and Electrical: Please let us know what we can or cannot unplug.

• Put away all valuable and breakable items.

• Let us know about pets, special requests (yes, we even let the pets out to go potty, if asked), and any concerns as they come up.
