I'm offering my services to great clients for handyman and carpentry work. I'm definitely not the type that doesn't return calls (which sadly seems to be all too common around here). I'm prompt, professional, clean, skilled, experienced and honest...and I have a lot of references.

I've been in the building trades all of my life, and started in AutoCAD drafting/design in 1990. I'm a skilled designer / carpenter and also very proficient in electrical and plumbing. I owned and ran a general contracting business for 2 decades, however now I'm only doing select work for select clients. I prefer to not have multiple jobs going at one time, because I dont want any of my clients thinking I'm not putting them first. I always put my clients first. I also prefer to only do jobs that I can do by myself or perhaps with one helper for something a little more involved and difficult.

I have a heated wood shop and a full compliment of tools which I'm sure can accommodate most any job. I will also do consulting work for you if you just need an expert opinion.

I am a skilled tile installer, painter, drywaller, rough and finish carpenter, deck builder, cabinet installer, plumbing fixture installer, electrical fixture installer, door and window installer and pretty much all phases of home maintenance and repair. I prefer to stay away from roofing, vinyl siding, and concrete.

My AutoCAD design rate is $30 per hour.

My consulting service rate is $30 per hour.

My custom carpentry services are $40 per hour.

Plumbing and electrical work is $40 per hour.

Paint, decks, sheds, doors/windows, etc can generally be given a bid price for typical standard installs. However, some jobs just simply need to be done "time and material" due to unknowns and uncommon circumstances which some jobs unfortunately entail.
I'm extremely efficient and organized and very fast, because I know exactly what I'm doing. If I'm not exactly sure how to do your specific job, I will never agree to do it. I will instead try to refer you to someone who can. I'm not the typical guy down the street who has a saw and a tape measure...I'm a professional tradesman and I charge professional rates.
