Residential Lawn mowing and trimming with a string trimmer and blow cut grass off walkways and driveway

I'm not a Lawn Care business, I'm a semi retired 55 year old individual, after 20 years as a General Manager in the Restaurant Industry. This past winter I did residential snow removal with snow blowers and ended up with 15 seasonal properties plus 6-10 people that called when needed. Several of them asked for lawn mowing this summer and I said yes and went out and invested in a leaf / grass blower, an extra string trimmer and 2 extra Toro 30" twin blade push mowers and a light weight small 30" riding mower

I take my blades in every other week to a shop to get sharpened


I'm just looking to add 1-2 more properties as I don't want to be gone too long from my campsite while camping. :>) During the summers I camp 7-9 days each month but camp only 30 mins from the Twin Cities so I'll still be able to mow lawns while staying at the campground (I'll only being doing monthly lawns while I'm camping)

Leaf clean up
I use Leaf blowers and Toro Timemaster 30" twin blades push mulching mowers. I can either mulch the leaves into the lawn and or bag the leaves
