A short list of things I do a lot of:

Mount flat screen TVs
Replace light fixtures and ceiling fans
Replace appliances and garbage disposals
Adjust doors, replace locks
Small plumbing leaks
Fix decks and install lattice
Build small porches
Build attic shelving, or build shelves for anywhere
Hang pictures and mirrors
Install blinds and curtains
Small welding projects (no aluminum)
Pictured is a heavy duty rack for carrying long lumber. I can also make racks for kayaks, etc., anything that needs to go in a hitch receiver.
I drive a pickup truck if you need things hauled, carried or delivered

I work with several people who own rental properties in the area as well as local property managers. It's understood with rentals that small problems arise constantly which need attention. Call me and we can discuss what you need done.

My name is Tyler and I am an NC Licensed Geologist and Geotechnical Engineer during the day and do odd jobs Friday through Sunday. I paid my way through college by building houses during the summer and school breaks. I'm a handyman on the side because I really like working, building and fixing things.
