Brush / roller, spray-painting. Affordable and transparent

Smaller jobs, ca. 1200 sq-ft will be done just by myself, Ike V. Dalic, otherwise a second painter, my team mate Beni, will be at disposal. We are dedicated painters who will do paint according to the best standards.
My capacities are houses till 1800 sq-ft.
Our pricing:

- 0.80 $ per sq-ft painting in one color, 10x10 smaller bedroom would be 80$ (sprayed in empty house/apt. otherwise, brush and

roller 100$)

- 1.00 $ painted in two or more different colors , 10x10 = 1.00 $ (sprayed in empty house/apt. otherwise, brush and roller 120$)

At example, two bedroom / two bathrooms apartment painted in one color

would be done for about 800 $, (sprayed, empty apt. otherwise, brush and roller ca. 900$)

- 45 $ per door and frame spray-painted, two coats (regular doors without glass / carvings. Bigger doors, with glass inserts / carvings will be done for 55$ and up)
- 60 $ per door and frame painted with brush and roller, two coats (regular doors without glass / carvings. Bigger doors, with glass inserts / carvings will be done for 70$ and up)
- Buying paint and primer as one product (premixed) will speed up the painting time, if you do like
darker colors, most of them do require two coats and more, there will be extra surcharge, some rare colors like red do require even three, four coats and that have to be taken in consideration.
Note, painting material / supply is responsibility of the customer, i can take care about that if wanted, arrangements have to be made and added to labor cost.
