Hi,
I am Todd of Cerami Home Improvements.
I have done masonry, roofing, framing, kitchens, baths, windows and doors plus so much more. I have worked with my family in the Roofing and Construction business where would we buy old homes and flip them way before it was even popular. My hourly rate is $30-$35 per hour depending on your location and complexity of the job. I can also do flat rate charges on jobs.
I have decided to concentrate on smaller jobs now. I am trying to stick to Handyman Services which includes detailed carpentry, pressure washing, minor plumbing, electrical work, sheet rock and painting. I can handle any repair that you may need assistance with. I am one of those people who can fix almost anything.
I have a common sense approach to repairs. I will always do the job right but will try to save you money and I will never sell you things you don't need.
