I'm semi-retired and looking for some side jobs to keep me busy.

I've gutted/rehabbed many buildings over the years and know what I'm doing. The only things I don't do are roofing, large drywall, and siding jobs which are better left to larger companies who can swarm and complete it quickly.

No overhead, so prices will be very reasonable.
