After years of experience and training with professionals throughout the world, I have developed different routines that will give you the strength and physical strength and look desired in much less training time and with visible results in the short term. In just 30 min we will burn more fat than many 1:30 workouts in gyms and generate the endorphin necessary to face all kinds of daily challenges. The trainings are unipersonal and at home without the need for any equipment other than a floor space and a mat. The trainings can be a minimum of 2 times a week up to 6. I will drive to your home and plan, specifically for your needs ,the best routine to burn fat or build muscle and strength.
