I have been in the fields of art, decorative arts and general contracting all my life. The last 15 years there's been a focus on custom furniture and cabinets. Lately i am wanting to use a wider-range of skills and do a variety of work that is less physically taxing. Sometimes a partner will help me out at 20$ per hr. or agreed price per project. Often i work alone. My rates are both by hour and project per negotiations. I charge 65.00 for the first hour or part for many jobs, I charge 35.00 per each additional hour unless a total project cost is agreed upon.
