How many times have you wanted to take guitar lessons?
just to go and meet some guy or girl with no musical background, yet.... says he, or she has studied for years but you have never seen or heard of them?

I have been playing guitar for about 30 years

have taught at multiple music stores for over 20 years,

I Teach at Dan's Music on Warwick ave in Warwick RI ...

I do private lessons ,at your home , I am not a drinker or a smoker ,I take teaching and the responsibility as a mentor and role model to your child,or(adult student) seriously .
I am a low key person ,not a rude person or an Ego-maniac like most out there,I won't come in like I have god complex....LOL

I will teach you A balance on 50/50 of what you want to know and what you need to know to grow as a musician....

I won't change your schedrule every week unless you need me to...

I won't raise your lessons, what you start at is what you stay at.....

I have trained more guitar teachers in this area than you could imagine , most of which have no idea what they are doing, and watch them put up ad's , too funny...

most of which have no business teaching!

I believe you have to be able to break things down musically to the simplest factors not talk over your students heads!!!! ,and to do this you have to truly know what you are doing inside and out......

most of the teachers in this state will teach you what they want to , not what you want , concentrating on what they are best at ...... I am actually disturbed by most of the ads from teachers I read.

I am A Music Theory /Technique teacher in styles of Note reading and Tab ....

You will learn songs ,also Etudes (practices I write for you and from book's that help you work on technique) ,You will learn Pentatonic's (5 Note Scales ), Diatonic's ( 7 note scales )
Harmonic Minor ,Melodic Minor ,Exotic scales, Chord Theory (Triads) how to create 7 th chords (and how to use them) How to pull chords right out of the key ,Song Writing, How to Create in Key chord progressions (Songs) I will show you how to understand Keys , Charts ,Suspended Note Sequences ,also how to develop your ear, Pedal tone riffs
,how to understand you favorite bands solo's and riffs so you can create your own. and a lot more ......

I am not a young kid, but not old either ,or an irresponsible adult ,nor am I going to take your money and waste your time soloing or showing off during your lesson ....It is about you !!!!
