Hello! My name is Carlos S. Jr. and I'm the owner of Touch of Class Painting and Handyman Service.

Preparation
All furniture & floors are covered prior to any painting or updates. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded. All baseboards, windows, and frames are professionally taped if needed. We will caulk, sand and prime to produce a lustrous finish. We repair damage left by settlement, age, water or regular wear and tear.
Painting
This includes meticulous priming before applying two coats of quality paint. Stain-blocking primers used on water and smoke stains. I highly recommend Quality Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore Products.


Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state: tape is removed, floors and carpets are swept, all garbage is cleaned up.
