My expertise comes from 7 years of running my own one-woman-show in Southern California. I have catered to some of the most affluent families in San Diego and was even offered the opportunity to work full-time on a live-in position for a famous actor but I turned it down! I DO NOT BOAST but I can say that I am proud to say that I am THE BEST OF THE BEST! All the basic housecleaning including deep cleaning is where I am most best! I am a straight shooter and cater only to those who truly need my service but I am open to servicing those who don't have much to spend! My fees are as follows:

Apartment Deep Cleaning Moving Out-->$150 flat!

Single Family Homes (This rate increases depending on the amount of deep cleaning that is needed) -->$300!

Regular Housecleaning-->$100/4hr minimum, $20/each additional hour! (Apartments and Condos Only)

Periodic Spruce ups-->$75

All deep cleaning request must be made 48 hours in advance! ALL DEBRIS SUCH AS TOYS, TOOLS, LADDERS, PAPERS, BOOKS AND ANYTHING THAT WILL PREVENT ME FROM CLEANING MUST ALL BE REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL FOR CLEANING.

***I am a one-woman-show because I know how to get the job done; however, I will occasionally deploy the extra help if the job deems it necessary!

***In addition, I require a walk through before I agree to take on the job. I recently had a bad experience after arriving at a house in Mt. Pleasant which was extremely filthy from ceiling to floor and after over 2hours if cleaning the upstairs bath, hallway floors and wooden rails I left. No charge for them, the job done was on me!
