I am a small business owner of several rental properties in the Chattanooga area with some extra time on my hands, so I'm looking for a few extra houses that need cleaning done weekly.
Services include:
-Dishes
-Laundry
-Floors (vacuuming, steaming, etc.)
-Dusting
-Window and Granite cleaning
-Bathrooms
-General Tidying
I charge $20.00/hour or a set rate based on the size of the house and frequency of visits. I have all my own cleaning supplies, including a floor steamer that sanitizes as it cleans.
I have a portfolio of photos of homes I own and clean in order to rent them out, should you wish for some kind of reference.
