It's about that time of year when you have to start thinking about your taxes :( Well I can help you alleviate all of the stress that comes with your bookkeeping and tax preparation process!

I am a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting. I have experience in many different industries from my time working in public accounting. I have worked with several of the large accounting firms in the area, but I found that these firms often neglected their smaller clients. I've always enjoyed working with these types of clients, and I found that there was an opportunity in the local market for this type of work so I decided to go out on my own. I work remotely from my home office so I can get the job done no matter where you are located. I can come to your office if you'd like or I can do everything remotely from my home office. I am always available via phone, skype, or email. We can come up with a plan that works best for you!

I offer two different types of services. The first type of service is purely a tax preparation service. You will need to provide me with your financial statements, bank statements, credit card statements, trial balances, check registers, or anything else I will need to get the job done. This is going to be much a more cost efficient solution to getting your taxes filed. The cost for this service type will depend on what your business structure is and which tax forms will need to be filed.

The second type of service that I provide is a combination of bookkeeping and tax preparation services. Most clients choose this type of service because I can provide you with monthly financial statements that can shed insight into how your business is performing. I can then take these monthly financial statements and prepare your tax return at the end of the year. Of course, if you already have a tax accountant I can perform just your bookkeeping work.

I can work with all different types of accounting software programs, but I have found that Quickbooks Online is the easiest to work with. It allows your accounting records to be accessed wherever there is an internet connections. Although we can find a way to get the job done no matter what software program you are using.

I will provide you with high quality financial statements and tax returns prepared by a CPA at a much lower cost than what the accounting firms will charge you. I will charge between $300-$500 per month for bookkeeping services depending on the transaction volume on your bank statements. The cost for tax preparation services will vary client by client depending on what forms need to be filed, but I can assure you it will be less than what any of the accounting firms are charging.
