Regular cleaning includes cleaning bathroom vanity, tub, toilet, mirrors. Kitchen counters, stove, sink, microwave interior and exterior, fridge exterior. Vacuuming, mopping and dusting all rooms. Trash removing to your outdoor can.
Move out cleaning, in addition to regular cleaning, includes to wipe interior of all cabinets, cleaning fridge and oven interior, washing windows and glass door interior (within arms reach), sometimes wiping walls.
For example, for regular 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house, regular cleaning takes 3-4 hours and move out cleaning takes 6-7 hours.
