Hi, my name is Derek. I am the operator of The Proletariat. A Crawlspace and attic clean out and re-insulation company as well as general handyman services. We remove the vapor barrier and whatever is needed including dead animals. We charge square footage for insulation and vapor barrier and flat rates or hourly for all other handyman jobs. I am a fairly confident problem solver and can work out what you need, and if not being connected to many capable affordable trustworthy, plumbers, electrician, drywallers, floor layers... even house cleaners or additional services you may need.
