For the quality service and the time it takes for me to clean, my pricing is hard to beat and I charge less than any franchise company. I have many references available upon request. Please call me for an estimate providing me with some information on the size of your home, how many people live there, and if there are any pets. I can easily give you an off the wall estimated price. You will be surprised at what you get:) After the very first clean of your home, I will determine the average amount of time I need to clean as well as your set price. Once your quote is set after your first or few cleanings (if necessary), the prices do not change. Ever.

I carry all my own cleaning supplies which do not contain any products that are generic. I wash all my rags in hot water with a mild detergent in my washing machine and dry them in my dryer to keep them germ free. I have 5 high quality vacuums and two different mops for different floor types that I keep clean and sanitized using them specifically for my customers. If you prefer me to use your own products, rags, or floor equipment just let me know. My customers appreciate everything that we do for them as we make sure there home is clean the way they want it cleaned; professionally and detailed. Here is a list of what we do during a basic routine clean;

Bathroom:
Clean toilets and sanitize them and the floor behind and around them
Clean and sanitize bathtubs and showers
Clean and sanitze sinks and clean mirrors
Clean doors, walls and baseboards if needed, light fixtures if needed
Clean inside windows and wipe blinds if needed
Eyeball cobwebs and spiders
Dust window sills
Hand wash floors

Kitchen:
Clean and Sanitize cubbards and counter tops and table
Clean inside and outside of microwave
Clean outside of stove and inside if requested
Eyeball cobwebs and spiders
Clean and wipe sink
Hand wash floors underneath countertops
Vacuum and mop floors
Hand wash floors if small enough or upon request.

Living room and bedrooms and furnished basements:
Dust all furniture
Wipe baseboards, doors, and window sills if needed
Eyeball cobwebs and spiders
Up keep on ceiling fans
Clean inside windows and blinds, light fixtures if needed
Change bedding if expected
Vacuum

Laundry if expected

If there is something a customer wants us to do that is not in my routine, I will do it upon request. I am here for you, not me. I use my professional descretion when cleaning a house and that is how I keep my customers. Please contact me any time
