I have almost 30 years experience in the trades.
● Union Mason in Chicago I lay brick, hollow tile (block) and stone
● Concrete Poured thousands of yards of concrete for foundations, drive ways, sidewalks and stairs
● Electrical Rewired 4 homes complete with new load centers (breakers). Installed 30 Ton gantry cranes. Can run conduit
●Roofing Over 1 million square feet of roofing including hot tar, torch down and shingles
● Carpentry Rough framed 3 homes, 4 garages, 3 additions and 6 major renovations. Installed cabinets, trim and doors. Deck repair.
● Plumbing Sweating pipe (run copper pipe) without a leak ever in 22 years. Complete bathroom renovations.
● Painting Professional painting done without dripping on anything else while staying "in the lines". I am a master with a brush, roller or sprayer.
● Appliance Install and Repair Installed and or repaired over 30 washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and garbage disposals.
●Pressure Washing Pressure washed millions of square feet of walls and floors
●Epoxy Floors and Concrete Repair Prepared and installed over 4 million square feet of epoxy flooring. Repaired two concrete bridges with thousands of pounds of epoxy mortar. I have designed and built three showers with epoxy.
●Welding I have two welders and can do minor welding projects on site. I have designed and built over 8 bicycle trailers as well as industrial welding on large smoke stacks.
