Aloha, I am an experienced cleaner specializing in move out cleans. If you need someone affordable and thorough, give me a call or shoot me a text. My number is (808-463-6019) and my name is Chris. Move out cleans can take any where from 3-5 days to complete depending on the size and condition the house or apartment is in. Another thing I want to let you know is, I strongly prefer to be alone as much as possible while I am cleaning. I work best when there are no distractions(Not in a rude way).

Things preferred to be done before I start the clean:
*Please if there are any live bugs or infestations, have them exterminated.
*Be sure the house/apartment is empty(remove any clothing, items, food and drinks etc. from house/apartment). If any trash is left behind there may be an extra charge if you want me to get rid of it.
*Please send me pictures of inside of each Room, Bathroom and Kitchen etc. so I can have a basic idea of what i'll be dealing with.

The way I usually go about pricing depends on the amount of rooms and bathrooms there are along with Kitchen and windows. It also depends on the condition its in. You can always specify on the areas you want me to clean if you don't want me to clean the whole house or apartment, that would lower the pricing.

Good Condition:
*Kitchen- $75
*Bathroom(s)- $50 ea.
*Room(s)- $25 ea.
*Window(s)-$5 ea.
*Garage/wash room- $25

Poor Condition:
*Kitchen- $100
*Bathroom(s)- $75 ea.
*Room(s)- $35 ea.
*Windows(s)- $10 ea.
*Garage/ Wash room- $30
