All work gets a 5-10 year guarantee (depending on type of work) And chances are it’ll last longer than that. We also do squirrel evictions. (Humanely) we install a 1-way exit for the squirrels to get out but can’t get back in and then patch the hole or change the wood. Whatever the situation calls for.
