UPDATE 9/27/2023: HireRush continues to publicly defame this company / business owner despite the fact that they have received evidence, on written record, that the owner never created or authorized the existence of this page. HireRush also still refuses to investigate the matter or remove this fraudulently created page per the owner's repeated requests. As long as HireRush insists on behaving in this unscrupulous, prejudicial, and malicious manner, the business owner/company will act in kind to defend their reputations, including masking of sensitive data and preparations for legal action against HireRush which will begin today.

Within the unauthorized HireRush account portal, a message (which I have captured via screenshot) states: "Currently your profile is unpublished and not seen to HireRush customers." However this is demonstrably and obviously false, and HireRush will soon be held to account for their string of brazen lies.

The business owner did not create this page and has repeatedly (since August, prior to any customer reviews being submitted) instructed HireRush to remove it -- the entire page/listing, not any particular review -- due to private and inaccurate CONTACT/BUSINESS information which HireRush continues to forcibly and illegally post/update without the owner's authorization.

Originally, the business owner (having no knowledge of how this unauthorized listing on HireRush.com came to be) was under the impression that the listing must have been generated automatically, without direct human action or involvement, by HireRush bots/crawlers/web agents. Though the owner currently has administrative access to the page (after having used the old business phone number to reset the password and gain access to the account just this month of September 2023, while its associated HireRush listing has apparently been online and publicly searchable FOR YEARS without the owner's consent, and worse yet, it has featured both private/personal and entirely incorrect business information that the owner would not have submitted), it appears that it was originally created without official business authorization by a family member who had access to the owner's aforementioned phone number (and engaged in similar account creation/promotion activity on an unrelated site, around the same time, as well), and since that time it has been -- and continues to be -- 'fixed' and forcibly repopulated (on a daily basis, at present) with inaccurate/private/old information *by HireRush* without the owner's permission, rather than being left up to the actual business owner to manage.

The fact of the matter is that the business owner does not want, and never wanted, this HireRush listing to exist, which is the sole reason (as transparently expressed to HireRush since August 2023) why the business owner wishes to remove information from this page, along with the page itself -- but HireRush clearly does not respect the wishes of business owners and goes out of their way to act in a crude, unregulated, and outrageously libelous manner which violates their own publicly stated privacy policy and will be met with swift and decisive legal action.

On a completely separate note, the negative review in question (referenced under the 'Blocked' banner displayed at the top of this page) that appears on this unauthorized HireRush profile is false, deceptive, and illegitimate, and has already been addressed directly with the client. However, our issue here is not with the review in question, but with HireRush itself, who thinks it is their right and jurisdiction to make and broadcast publicly defamatory assumptions about businesses that never wished to advertise on their platform. While we welcome all reviews from our customers, we have ZERO tolerance for HireRush's deliberate agenda to smear, bully, obstruct, stir up drama, and exact unlawfully imposed control/manipulation over a business' intellectual property and public profile data.

We have a running record of all of the owner's communication attempts with HireRush, which clearly documents the fact that a support representative named "Inna A." immediately, independently, and baselessly drew the assumption that the business owner was looking to have this page removed due to a single negative customer review, when in fact the business owner had contacted HireRush prior to this review ever being submitted to request page removal ***due to it being an unwanted, unauthorized listing which displayed private and inaccurate business and personal information***.

HireRush has laughably, repeatedly tried to advance the feeble and nonsensical argument that the business owner *currently* having a password (one that was reset just this month, mind you), which thereby grants them access to manage and make changes at present to their HireRush account/listing, somehow proves that they (the business owner) had to have been the one to create this account on HireRush in the first place, many years ago. This severe lapse in logic alone demonstrates the illegitimacy, unprofessionalism, and ineptitude of the HireRush support team. Does HireRush not employ a cybersecurity expert or team of experts? Is it HireRush's official policy to -- without engaging in any sort of fact-finding investigation, or (at absolute minimum) basic reconciliation of user profile data with a company's official customer-facing data at time of account creation -- wantonly dismiss and publicly ridicule/mock business owners regarding their legitimate account security / fraud prevention concerns? I wonder how HireRush can explain the several previous years -- even the first 8 months of 2023 -- during which time not a single update for this listing/profile, or associated account login on their website, ever occurred?

HireRush lists 3 phone numbers but is unavailable for phone support (they simply terminate calls after the second ring), has only responded to *1* of several attempts (spanning weeks) to reach customer support via email and contact form submission, provides no option for leaving or returning voicemails, and continues to act deliberately and maliciously to ignore the owner's lack of authorization/consent, which has forced the business to actively defend its reputation and remove inaccurate/IP-violating info from this page time and time again.
