Never use them ..the owner scott was a total ass. Rude told a 17yoa girl to fuck off and stormed out like a child. I was able to find a group of highschool kids that acted more professional.
Strong Backs 4 U: I am one of the owners of Strong Backs 4 U. What you described is absolutely false. I was there Here is the truth: My worker and I began taking your couch apart. Your teenage daughter, was being bossy, overbearing, and repeatedly condescending to them within the first five minutes of them being there. When she raised her voice to tell us how we were taking apart the couch wrong (we werent), we decided that this situation was just not appropiate and would not improve. I stood in stunned silence, as the situation was quite surreal. Finally, i said in a calm voice "this is not going to work. "You have a nice day" and they left. Your daughter was NOT cussed at. Not even remotely. She was treated with far more respect then she was treating our crew. Either you are lying, or your daughter lied to you. The atmosphere was so caustic in your house, I'm sure it is a common occurrence. THAT is why we calmly and professionally left. And THAT is an accurate portrayal of the events.
Horrible owner!!! Played stupid when I called to see why no one showed up. I scheduled 2 moving dates. First one showed up almost 2 hours late. On the second appointment I called he played dumb and when I asked if I'm not getting any help then he said I guess so and hung up on me! I'm a single working mom and needed help but had to do 2 different days due to work. Left me high and dry and didn't care and to hang up like that?! I'm sorry I thought we were grown ups not children. Do NOT use them!
Strong Backs 4 U: Google reviews are much more accurate. Our track record it laid out much more accurately there. To this client: I looked into this 2 years ago, and found that the texts and phone logs did not show that we missed an appointment. If we could have helped you when you frantically called us on the wrong day of your scheduled appointment time, we would have.
