Florida’s Best Cleaning Solutions

My experience is summed up in one word; lazy.
It's lazy not to call a customer back. It's lazy not to ask questions.
It's lazy to rely on text messaging.
It's lazy to be reminded by the client that their cleaning person is late.
This "specialist", walked into the one-bedroom rental apartment, told me that she needed another person; and then got in her car and drove away. Really!
Did I get a call? Did I get a text? No and no.
I texted them told them what happened and they told me that my place was “too filthy”. That I hadn't paid enough. (I had not even been invoiced.) And then silence. They didn't call me and apologize. They didn't contact me to reschedule and renegotiate. Just silence.

Just lazy.

The next company answered their phone. We had a detailed conversation. And they earned my business.
Stay away from Florida's Best Cleaning Solutions. I can't imagine they'll be in business very long.

I found this company online I called for the same day service. They were able to accommodate me.
They send me Sandra she was very professional and detailed about the cleaning.
I’m very happy and satisfied with the quality of work and the price.
I’ll be requesting her every other week.

I was somewhat disappointed with the job. The maid (Luz) was not uniformed and did not bring clean cleaning cloths, I had to ask she used mine. She was to spend 3 hrs for $125 as discussed with Sara Guzman, who also goes as Sara Duran depending on the Facebook page you get the ad from. but the 2nd bathroom was not even touched and the furniture in the living room was not dusted and the maid left at 2 hrs and 15 minutes and payment was full $125. I even tipped her because the maid said the agency was expensive but paid them peanuts. I send a message to point these issues out a couple of weeks later since no one contacted me back to ask how did it go and to my dismay there was no response to that message and the post was removed by the poster. I have pictures to corroborate. Please be careful with who they send you. There are both positive and negative on Google.

Highly recommend them. Great people to deal with, thorough and responsible. You can see that these guys really cut their teeth on cleaning and do it like real professionals. They take care even of the smallest details. Thank you!

I wanted deep cleaning and found Florida's Best Cleaning Solutions here. The girls came on the stroke as we agreed, did their amazing job and left. Perfect! I must say, I'm very particular about the services rendered to me and though I don't have any time for cleaning myself, the girls managed to do everything right. I can't be satisfied more with the result!
