Caregiver for disabled and elderly

Experienced caregiver specializing in dementia and alzheimers care available for work. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I have over 15 years experience as a caregiver. I assist with all aspects of personal care for disabled clients and seniors. Since 2015 I worked as a caregiving team member for a 94 year old woman with dementia. She recently passed away and I am available any days or nights. I can also bring along other excellent caregivers who I have worked with.

I was the weekend morning caregiver to a quadriplegic man for two years. I have also been a long term caregiver to a senior woman who was disabled due to a car accident. I also spent three years as an elementary school counselor. I worked as a nanny helping in a family with an ill parent.
I have been a caregiver for a woman with a serious neurological problem.

I am also a very good cook. I handle all hygiene issues and help clients with bathroom needs. In 2015 I cared daily for a blind man with congestive heart failure until his passing.

Also recently I was a caregiver for a woman with alzheimers but she moved into a memory care facility. I have assisted families through the dying process of their loved ones and clients have appreciated that their family was left in capable and loving hands. I provide support and patient help to all the people I care for including their family.
