These are my flat rates:
Flat Rate A:
$60.00-disposal of any one single household furniture/set less than 150 pounds.
Flat rate B:
$160.00-disposal of one truck load with a weight of a 1000 pounds and up to 3 to 5 full size couches worth of junk (includes construction debris, dirt, landscaping, bricks, etc).
Flat rate C:
$450.00-disposal of up to 5000 pounds and up to 10 to 12 full size couches worth of junk (including construction debris, dirt, landscaping, bricks, etc).
Note: All flat rates include one hour of labor. Although, 95 % of project have been completed under an hour. Some projects require additional time to finish. After the first hour, a $30 per hour labor charge is added.
