HDTV antenna install / cord cutting ($125 attic $150 outside, total)

I will install a Channel Master CM2016 TV antenna in the attic for $125 or outside for $150 (includes all parts, labor, and antenna). $25 more if you want the Antennas Direct CV2 installed and $10 more if you are outside of Tarrant County. It doesn't matter if you are in a single story or two story home. The installation includes:
I will conduct a site survey of your property utilizing an ATSC spectrum analyzer and www.TVFool.com
I will properly ground the coax cable and the antenna mast separately as per NEC guidance
I will connect the antenna to an existing coax connection
I will provide extra weatherproofing of exposed connectors with mastic tape
I will provide all the parts, tools, and all materials needed for the installation including the antenna (all parts are new and includes splitter and additional F connectors).
I use stainless steel nuts, bolts and anti-oxidants for outdoor mast
Nothing will be done until I receive approval from you on the setup
I have installed numerous different types of antennas throughout DFW
I can also add additional cable drops (coax or Cat5E) for $50 per room for non exterior walls (I use the MagneSpot and MagnePull tools for precise drops)
My install typically takes over 2 hours due to I treat every house like my own.
I can offer a discount on more than 1 installation in the same subdivision on the same day

I have over 20 years experience in radio communications (6 as an electronics technician in the military and over 14 years as a communications engineer with a bachelor's degree in engineering from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in information systems). I was US Navy Sailor of the Year in 1995. I can provide my college transcripts and Chief of Naval Operations citation, if desired.
