Ive been a Hvac tech for ten years now, I started in home warranty repairs. I did 10 jobs a day 6 days a week for these companies. I got tired of seeing warranty companies not fixing or replacing customers 40 year old units, I also worked in the private sector for one of the biggest crook companies, i won't mention the name for legal reasons. But i had a conscience, I got knots in my stomach when i had to tell a 90 year old lady she owed $900 for a blower motor. Or a single mom on fixed income she had a cracked heat exchanger, and she will have to pay 1000s to fix it. Just to get her to buy a new furnace. I know some of you reading this know what I'm talking about. IM A GOD FEARING MAN, I refuse to rip people off!!!Because of my honesty, I now have over 400 customers and rising. I put ads on here to help people NOT get ripped off. 90% of my business is by referral. Whats that tell you? I will replace a basic 60,000 to 80,0000, 80% furnace for $1500 OUT THE DOOR. A 90% furnace 60,000 to 80,000btu for $1700 to $1800. 2 ton AC without new coil for $1500, with coil $1800. Im basically charging close to cost on coils. I have a good reputation in this state, and plan to keep it that way. Most my systems come with ten year warranties on parts. I offer a 1 year warranty for labor. and 1 more year if you sign up for a preventative maintenance contract for $80. this gives you 2 years of labor warranty. and it also helps keep your new system well maintained. I hope this ad reaches a lot of people before they get took by a crook. Sorry for the long story, but i want people to know that good honest techs still exist.
