Hello and good day. Have you put off your swamp cooler changeover? Or just haven't had the time to do it? Why don't you let me do it for you? I am an apartment property manager and have a lot of experience getting swamp coolers ready for the summer. I offer an affordable service that will clean your pan, assure that all water lines are ready for a changeover, and will oil and check all moving parts. I will install the cooler pads and any other equipment that may be needed, (floater, belt, motor, et.al.) Customer provided.

Evaporative swamp coolers and Mastercools are what I can service.
I am also proficient in other areas of repair. I can help you with almost any service that you may need and if I cannot do it I can usually recommend someone who can.
