For those smaller siding jobs, that you're unsure how much needs repaired, or are unsure how to repair it, it would be nice if you could get a hold of someone that knows what they're doing, and would rather not deal with a big company that's going to try to re-side your whole house...that's where I can help.
I'm a Fireman, and in my off duty time offer siding repairs. I install LP Smartsiding (I prefer not to put up vinyl or the concrete (James Hardie) siding that was so popular 15 years ago). Common jobs I take on include Pre-home inspection/Post-home inspection report repairs,water damage from sprinklers, areas with damage from water getting into trim/siding as the result of bad caulking/flashing around windows, sheds that need re-sided, problem areas on a home you're trying to flip/sale, et cetera. I can do bigger jobs, I'd just have to see what you have needing done.
I have in all, over 12 years of siding experience, I have all the tools and skill. I can do the all the tear down and removal of siding (Masonite, Smartsiding, 4x8 sheets, concrete, etc.), and if there is any water damage to the OSB (plywood), I can cut that out and replace as well. Replace with LP Smartsiding, replace any trim that has rotted, and caulk.
