I am an experienced painter who is neat, professional and reliable.
While room size, color scheme, required prep work and patching, etc... can affect the price of any paint job, these are my rates for an average sized room (up to 12x10x8)
One color walls and ceiling $100
Different color ceiling $25
Trim $50
(One Door and one window include in base price)
Additional Doors and Windows $25 each
2nd coat or complete primer coat (if needed) Half the price of first coat.
Basic patching of nail holes and spot priming are included in base prices.
Paint and disposable materials are additional. I have the maximum discount offered by Sherwin Williams and can provide you with their quality paint for less than you would pay for other brands.
