Semi-retired general tradesman looking for short-term projects.
Experienced in single & multi-family, retail, and commercial repair, remodeling, renovation and other general carpentry, including
kitchen & bath remodels. I am not a full-tilt electrician or plumber, but I am experienced with most basic new installations, and can troubleshoot, and/or repair most basic issues. Excellent drywall, paint, & tile skills.
I have excellent local personal references, a full-size truck & van, valid WSDL & insurance.
I am generally available 24/7/365 to meet your needs. (yep, I'll work weekends!)

I try to be punctual, dependable, and (generally) enthusiastic, but, with traffic what it is.... :-)
I prefer to work the SE King County, Kent-Renton area, but will consider anything south of I-90
