It's hard finding honest dependable people so I just put my repair prices up front so you know I give everyone the same prices.

Minimum service fee is 85 so if its just a loose wire or something that doesnt require parts 85 is all you'll pay. I'm honest and up front with pricing and I don't fix things that aren't broken. I take my time and explain what is wrong and how I come to that conclusion showing you my meter readings etc because I like educating customers so they understand what I am charging them for. If you need multiple services I will offer you a discount.

We offer full AC systems installed and permitted. I can give you a quote right over the phone usually.

Duct repairs must be quoted but I can give you a ball park figure on the phone if you can give me an accurate description of the duct condtions.

I don't mind you purchasing mini splits online and having me install them. Call me if you need advice. For us to pull permits and install your single head mini split you ordered its going to run you around 900 for labor.
