Our Roof Cleaning Technicians have over 8 years experience cleaning roofs. For the roof cleaning process, we use premium commercial grade equipment that is specifically designed for cleaning roofs safely, and properly. Pressure washing is NEVER used! This can lead to damages such as loosening of the shingles, removing the granules, and is not recommended by the shingle manufacturers. We follow ARMA's (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) directions to cleaning roofs, which involves applying a roof-cleaning solution to the roof, allowing it to work to kill the moss, algae, and mold, then a thorough rinse WITHOUT high pressure. When finished with the process, the discoloration vanishes and the true beautiful color of the roof comes back, as if it were new again.
