My name is Joshua W. Bugeja and I'm a licensed attorney for the state of Arkansas. I am a solo practitioner and a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
My primary areas of focus presently are:
Criminal Defense (misdemeanors and felonies, including Expungements, Civil Seizures/Forfeitures, and Petitions to Revoke)
Family Law (including both contested and uncontested divorce, child support issues, visitation/custody modifications, adoption, grandparent visitation, and legal guardianships)

I offer free initial consultations on ALL cases (generally 30-60 minutes) by appointment only.
