I have 20 years performing home upgrades, repairs and kitchen / bathroom remodeling. As a full service independent business man, I have provided project collaboration , planning and execution for a wide variety of private home owners in the pacific northwest for the last decade and a half and am now working my way through the final phase of my graduate studies here in Orange/Riverside Counties.
Areas of skilled excellence include interior painting, rough and finish plumbing services, ceramic tile, Pergo, parquet and peel and stick flooring types. Tubs, Showers and bath surrounds, multiple shower head installations, new sinks, butcher block and prefab counter tops, cabinets. Toilet and faucet repairs and installations, window glazing, lock installations, doors, subflooring, framing, sheet rock repair and installation, I also install ceiling fans, wall mounts for flat TV's - among many other professional skills.
You provide the materials and I provide project planning and support.my hourly rate is $35 dollars an hour.
