No TV just Daycare!

Licensed for six. Open since January 2017.

Small intimate group of 1-3 year olds.

10+ years experience working with children under 6.

Reggio/Montessori/RIE inspired age appropriate curriculum.

Daily Schedule example:

7:30-8:15 drop off and indoor play
8:15-8:30 transition to outdoor play
8:20-8:45 hand washing and snack
9:45-10:00 hand washing and lunch
11:00-11:30 clean up and transition inside
11:30-12:00 milk and nap (group napping on mats for toddlers, infants in cribs, they all sleep 9/10 days!)
2:00 wake up play inside or go outside, majority of time we go right outside to play
3:00 stroller time, go for a walk (On occasion)
4:00 milk and snacks
4:30-5:00pm pick up (Long day when you don't use the TV to babysit)

We follow the children's lead to a degree and they follow each other's lead, too. The times above are approximations.

The sandbox and outdoor area is our main space to move and groove! We love our sandbox and all the various learning opportunities it provides.

Each day I enjoy taking photos of the children and sending them to parents. Often I'm using my phone but also sending batches of photos from my nikkon. Learning to use a nice DSLR camera is part of my personal growth as a teacher!
