Flat fee Rates, depending on sq ft and condition of home, with 2 housekeepers.
Reocurring rates for ongoing clients are
$85-$180


One time deep cleaning, weekly, by weekly or monthly.
Move ins/Move outs are different rates
2 story homes additional $30
First time cleaning is the same as a deep cleaning.

Bathrooms:
Disinfect bathtub/shower,toilets no more rings,countertops,wipe down doors,mirrors,floors,light fixtures,waste removal

Bedroom and Livingroom:
Dusting,polish furniture,light fixtures,window seals,spot wipe walls,wipe baseboards,clean floors,mirrors,vacuuming
